Rick has over 45 years’ experience in the IT and Data industry of which over 35 have been delivering data-driven, strategic solutions to large organisations across different business sectors.
Working in organisations ranging from start-up to long-established, Rick has been successful in many Operational, Management and Executive roles. In 2014 Rick formed his own consultancy and software business to support and guide businesses looking to create and manage growth.
Since 2001 Rick has had a specific focus on innovation in data-driven solutions in marketing services. Working in organisations such as SAS, Acxiom, Experian and GBG he has helped organisations like MBNA (Bank of America), Merlin Entertainments, HomeServe and Tesco gain dramatic return from data-driven marketing innovation.
